We have the Sublime Rose of the Valley of Kab. The Priests of Memphis
consecrate a Rose bush to Isis, herself termed the Queen of Roses. It has the
same signification as the Acacia.
The Lotus or Mystic water-rose is consecrated to the Sun, and is an emblem of
the same nature as Kneph, for bursting its seed vessel over the waters it
propagates itself.
Sign: bend the head, and appear to be smelling a flower.
Touch: press each others hand thrice and, give the Secret Word.
Password: same as before.
Secret Word: Kab (name of the Mystic Section of Memphis where the Symbolic
rose was found).
